I've looked on the threads to find out the answer to this question and can't find it, so i'f I'm asking a common question I apologise in advance.
I have recieved the froms from the small claims court, there is a part where I am supposed to write brief details of claim and then particulars of claim.
Is there something specific I need to write in there????
Can some one please advise or direct me to the right link/ place
