What grant is this? Can you give me a link to this on the DfE site? I've never heard of something like this and I work in schools finance. The school will have a private fund (they all do) which might have some funds available in it which they could use for this purpose. You could ask the LA for assistance... I could have more ideas but until I know what the grant is I can't help
