Tesco Bank Offline?

Hi MSE's,
Anyone else having trouble using the app / website for Tesco Bank?
The app says the mobile banking is temporarily available, the website just reports a generic error.
It's been like this since at before 8 this morning (so 6 hours+).
What's the point of having an Internet account, if they are offline for hours on end?!
Anyone know whether this happens regularly with them, as I'm new to Tesco Bank?
