Best account for short term house sale proceeds

I am looking for some advice on the best place to park circa £200K proceeds from a house sale. Please assume NISA not an option and primary objectives are:
1. to maximise short term interest gain opportunity
2. to ensure quick access to cash for next house purchase
3. avoid risk of bank collapse
