Help with II finding funds

Well its coming up to 15 weeks and all funds bar one etf have moved from HL to II into my SIPP and ISA. I am still having trouble with II setting up a regular direct debit into my SIPP which is pathetic in this day and age but I am giving them a few months grace and hope things settle down before looking to move elsewhere if things dont improve.
My problem now is I want to swap some of my index trackers ( FTSE all share and S&P 500) to the cheapest on II but trying to find which these are is a pain with the interface and the different fund classes.
Can anyone tell me which are the cheapest either fund or ETF and how do you find out these thngs through the II interface?
Thanks

It's very slow and cumbersome. You have to look at each class of fund and read the factsheet to find the cheapest. What I do is look elsewhere - like Trustnet - find the class with the cheapest fee, then chose it from the trading dropdown at III.

Be prepared to run into a glitch and have to phone to arrange for your purchase to be done through the trading desk.
This has happened a couple of times recently to me/relative.0
