I wrote to Vanquis bank about my PPI and got a letter telling me that some customers confuse Repayment Option Plan with Payment Protection Insurance. Please what is the difference between the two, and what do I do now as I do not have any terms and condition from them. Can they also say they Repayment Option Plan has been removed from my account?

They can say it has been removed from your account if it has been.0 -

You'll find a lot of information, including at MSE, simply by googling for "Repayment Option Plan "
It is optional and can be removed. The question can be how it was removed and why.Can they also say they Repayment Option Plan has been removed from my account?0
