I dont get many surveys but as an early member get £4 for each one.I dont like new site though,was quite happy with how it was before,quicker and easier.0

I don't like the new way of claiming, preferred the old system. I think it was Wednesday last week, the site was playing up, as I tried to claim my points and when I clicked nothing happened, but did eventually claim them the following day.0

It keeps telling me my id is invalid when it isn't. I have £6 waiting to be paid to me. I thought it would just be a simple matter of getting a password reset link or something but about 5 emails later, still no help has come. Thinking of giving up with them and certainly not doing any more surveys til my credit comes through.0
