Is anyone else having problems with Pinecone since they swapped to their "better" new system?

I haven't experienced any, but I'm curious. What kind of problems?Since Jan 2014 -- Clixsense -- £300 (join us! ♥) | Valued opinions £120 | Nectar Fanatic (SavvyShoppers/Canvass)

Working fine for me too, both the surveys and the rewards. I am also curious what problems you are having.0

I find the new rewards system is appalling. It took me ages to realise that I had to apply for Paypal credit and it wouldn't automatically be put into my account. Personally I thought the old system was WAY better and I liked the food vouchers!
The rewards website is the worst design I have ever seen and I still don't know how I found Paypal the first time. I have to click on old orders to find it now. Plus the basket feature doesn't work once you have put the voucher in your cart, I have to click off and go in again to redeem. It seems extensively long winded and completely unnecessary.Minimalist

I gave up with them a few months ago, the surveys were few and far between.
Im using panelbase now and although the rewards vary its paid in love 2 shop vouchers. ive also had an invite to a moonpig panel which rewards with credit/freebies.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I liked the luncheon vouchers as well.
Now though you have to build up all those points before you can claim anything.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £16,797.770 -

On the first page that comes up - type Paypal into the search box - and press enter. It then brings up only the two options for Paypal.

Each survey = 300 points which = £3 Paypal and you can claim them each time they are awarded0 -
Since it changed over, I haven't had any surveys. Normally I get 1 or 2 a month.0

I haven't had any problems. I'm still getting 1-3 surveys a month. I do find that if I respond to a survey straight away I will get another after a few weeks but if I miss a survey it might be ages before I get another!
I like getting paypal although I did prefer it before when it payed straight to paypal rather than requesting the money.0
