All,
I have no idea what is a fair price for comparison, so would like some ball park figure guidance. We currently have a single story extension downstairs, we are looking to add on top of that to put a bathroom upstairs. Dimensions are 2 x 4.5m.
Any ideas of the build costs would be greatly appreciated, if needs be pm me for a floor plan.

what construction do you currently have, will founds need upgraded, what are the drainage runs like etc etc?
