no standing charge (gas)
Could someone please advise if any utility company has a 'no standing charge' tarriff? the house is unoccupied probably till early next year BG states they must charge 26p per day unless the meter is removed, but would prefer to have the meter fitted so in winter have the option of the heating on if the temperture drops greatly.
