Has anyone ever used this to build a wall and is it any good, I seem to remember it won some awards etc but have not heard any first hand experience of it.

I don't think they are much use to be honest.
They are ok if you are not too good at diy and if you are just building a small barbeque etc.
I don't think UHM is impressed by the bricky tool-

I have friends who are bricklayers and they say that they are just a gimick and that anyone could lay bricks for a small project without one.
I bet the guy that invented it is minted though, no matter how useless a product is there is always someone that will buy it

Thanks for that i think that's made my mind up to do the wall without one of those £30 pieces of plastic. to be honest i am sure the wall would be much stronger if the bricks are bedded down in the traditional way.0
