Help with Tiny Wireless Keboard and mouse

I can't get the wireless keyboard and mouse to work on my Tiny computer.

The mouse will work initially but as soon as i touch any key on the keyboard they both freeze.

Also, the lights on the transmitter flash orange red and green. I have pushed reset buttons etc.. but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas ???

does it have two channels? try the other one to the normal one you use sometimes other things intercept the signal,Im surre some of the tech guys/dolls will come up with the answer.

Do the keyboard and mouse run off batteries? If so try changing the batteries.
