Where to start with £30,000 needing to earn interest

I have recently come into some money and would like some advice on the best way to maximise the amount of interest it is possible to receive. I'm new to ISA's and have just applied to the Leeds for their top rate 5yr fixed rate at 2.85%. However i'm struggling to know what to do with the remaining £30,000. I earn less than…
