Paint all walls of a 2-bed flat - £900

I have a London flat that I want to freshen up before letting out.
The walls are currently magnolia and are in OK condition (some marks and just slightly tatty) with a few holes in them.
I received a quote for £900 for the whole job, including filling the holes, prep, two coats of magnolia emulsion. Walls only, no ceilings or woodwork. Does that seem fair?

Did you request a specific paint?
do you a measure of the floor area of the flat in m2?0 -
to the VERY extreme they could quote you a silly paint like anti-graffiti paint which is about £115 a tin.
I would request a simple gliddens (Dulux's cheaper sister) matt emulsion.
I have done some sums and think about £750 would be about right, but given the fact you're in London would cover the reason why its at the £900 mark.0 -
Thanks. I'll go ahead with it.0
