Recent experience with Citibank (PPI Refund Cheque)?

Morning all.
I recently received a letter from Citibank, whom I'd taken out a loan with several years ago, saying that I may be entitled to PPI compensation. I filled in the enclosed questionnaire and received a letter saying that my complaint had been upheld and they were going to refund me £1,217. Result!
However, I've recently seen a number of older threads complaining about the length of time it has taken for the refund cheque from Citi to actually materialise. I have to say, they dealt with the complaint pretty quickly, but it's already over the 20 days within which they said they'd send out the cheque to me. I've emailed a few times but received no response. When I had a similar situation with HSBC (for a much larger amount), they had the money in my account within a few days.
Does anyone have any recent experience of dealing with Citi PPI claims? The only threads I could find were from 2011/12, and nothing since. Does that mean they've got their act together a bit?
I'm not being greedy; I know I'm fortunate to be getting the money- I'm only asking really because I'm going on holiday in a few weeks and it would be handy to know if I can include the PPI money in planning my budget! ; )
Thanks in advance!

Wait until 28 working days have elapsed, if the cheque hasn't arrived by then, contact Ian Clark at Citi.0

That's amazing! Thanks for the help; having a contact name is really useful. I will follow it up if there's no sign in the next week or so.
