Stayed in this place in Brum last weekend, while its nothing special it was clean and you do get your own window, tv and bathroom/shower.

Its £35 per room per night for one, two or three folk - same price whatever.
nb. The rooms are all set up with one king size bed with a bunk bed above.

Booked 1 for end of Aug @ £19.95, then read your post, and managed to get anothr on the same day as you @ £5.95... I swear I'd already checked that date too!
