    I think it's the case that the deposit is offset against the room cost. On my confirmation it says room cost £5.95 deposit £5.95. This is just a reservation confirmation and not your final bill (when you check out) which should show nothing to pay.
  • Thanks v much op - booked 2 rooms for £5.95 each...as dh said - we are bound to get someone to come out with us at that price!!

    Have stayed here a few times now - good location in town, we have always managed to park outside for free overnight but BE WARNED - we got a parking ticket last time because we overslept!!! The traffic wardens are obviously keen in Brum!

    Why's that aloiseb? I have stayed here a few times and have never noticed a problem...it's hardly like you can get lost in the place!

    For anyone going to this hotel make sure you do not park on the single yellow lines as you will get a ticket you must park in the pay and display boxes its crazy but the p&d areas are free but yellow lines are not:money:
