Not happy with Natwest!!!!

In April, I sent the letter off to Natwest requesting my bank statements for the last 6 years. Five weeks later I received the last 6 months of statements. So, I wrote to them again and asked for the last 6 years (I paid the £10 originally). This morning I received 2 years of statements dated 2001 - 2003).
Are they tryning to fob me off. Is there anything else I can do? I will of course write to them again but they just seem to be dragging it out! Please help!

You are in the same boat as thousands of others unfortunately
See this thread for some idea of the extent of the problem and what you can do about it:

Hi Twinkly,
Thanks for the link. I know I am being impatient but I just feel like Natwest are trying to string this out. I'll keep my fingers crossed that I can sort it soon xSealed pot member #1950 - £44.79
