If it`s the members ISA Reward (Statement): Available to existing members who held a cash ISA with us at the end of 04.02.2013,
    then they`ve got it wrong.

    From their T&C:
Additionally you can transfer previous years' ISA subscriptions from an ISA with us or another ISA Manager, to this ISA.

Are you sure its the same ISA?

How much is the old money and how much have you paid in already this year?

If under £15k then you could just close it and pay money back into this years ISA.

HMRC states what is allowed and what isn't allowed, but just because something is allowed doesn't mean it's compulsory (although some things are)

So individual banks / BSs can decide how much of what is "allowed" they offer on their accounts. You can't force them to accept a transfer in if they choose not to, for example.

Not a question of forcing them, it`s in their own T&C that they do accept transfers in for the ISA Reward (Statement) account if you qualify to have this account.

I think the OP needs to double check that he has the said account and if he does get back to them and quote their own T&C.
