Will check out the link - thanks. It's the back door and it won't open at all. Child locks are not on but the lock activates itself. It won't open, even when you are holding the catch in the unlocked position!0

had same problem with my boot
turned out to be a snapped wire in the gaitor
check your wires in door, they easly fray, snap or get nicked0
