Is this Harry Potter event legitimate?

I wonder if you can help? A relative of mine has received an invite to an exclusive event at Harry Potter World tomorrow night.
She applied over some blogging site, and received the confirmation today, just hours before the event. She is very excited, her mum is trying desperately to get the day off work to go to it.
It is an evening event, which it says on the invite that it is in conjunction with Warner Bros.
I am just concerned it seems rather fishy. They have to spend a lot of money on a ticket, £80 each I think. The confirmation of her winning this ticket comes less than 24 hours before.
I just wondered if anyone else knows about this event, and if it is legitimate. To take a day off work, travel a couple of hundred miles to find out she has paid £160 plus travel costs to travel to nothing, I thought I would try to find out.
I will of course contact Harry Potter World tomorrow, but thought I would try to find out more information before the mum takes a days holiday and sets off.
It would be great to hear back from anyone who knows about this event.
Many thanks

Could it be this and it's just started a week earlier? http://www.timeout.com/london/things-to-do/harry-potter-summer-screenings0

I have never heard of this in my life. It sounds like a lot of money, and she got the tickets through a blogging site??? Doesn't sound good to me OR genuine.
But then I don't know enough about it to say for sure.
It's just when you said about getting them from a blogging site, plus I have never heard of it. Harry Potter World? What is it? What's it supposed to be?
All I know of is the Warner Brothers tour in Watford, but that is less than £30 a person, and you buy the tickets from the studio - not off a blogging site.
Keep us posted.0 -

don't understand why they would have to pay though0 -

Maybe someone who won a pair of tickets in the competition sold them in an underhand way?
OP - do you have a link to the blogging site in question so we can look at it?0 -
"Winning" and yet having to "pay £160 for the privilege" doesn't sound like much of an achievement?0

There is such as place, I know several people who've visited. Whether their offer is genuine is another matter.

Theres a "contact us" at the bottom, give them a ring.0 -
Did you manage to find anything out, OP?0

Thank you all for your responses.
Yes it did appear legitimate but in the end the mum didn't get the day off work so they didn't go.
Just very poor late advertising!0
