    I have just rung FD and queried this. I was told that I would be able to pay credit card bills without a key as long as it was a card already set up not a replacement. I looked back at the email which I received earlier in the week which definitely conflicts with this. I have now ordered my key so will have to wait and see.

    Anyway the FD Smart Key is so small and thin you could actually keep it in your wallet!!

    Anyway the FD Smart Key is so small and thin you could actually keep it in your wallet!!

    The FD App is even thinner as you can keep it on your phone :)

    Yes but I prefer to do bank transactions on a larger screen so rarely use the app.

    You only need to use the app to generate the code, like you use the little calculator thingy to generate the code. You can do the actual banking wherever you like.
