Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I am trying to be stronger and say "no" more often, it is hard though. I have lovely well mannered children, both Teens. Everyone has always commented on how well they behave and how polite they are.

I'am still waiting for the call from the OR though! does anyone know if they defiantly ring everyone? or if it looks straight forward might they not bother?

if i can give you one piece of advice it would be this. For people that get prosecuted following a bankruptcy the reason they get prosecuted is more often than not, not for what they actually did wrong but for lying on their forms or to the OR during their interviews. So if nothing else be entirely truthful with your OR. You cant change what has happened in the past but you can choose how you deal with it now.
