Skype Forwarding I Did Not Setup?

I have a Skype account which I don't use very often, but used to use it for landline calls about 4-5 years ago and login every few months to keep my credit from expiring.
Last time I checked I had £2.60 in the account.
This time when I checked I only had 25p. Thought this was weird, so checked my call history and dozens of calls forwarded on my account in February which effectively drained the account as I was charged 11p for each call, even though each call only lasted a few seconds.
I was not aware of this because stupidly, not having updated the account since 2010, the calls were being routed to a mobile number which I no longer have.
Have now changed the mobile number and disabled the forwarding. But the weird thing is, I don't remember ever having ENABLED forwarding in the first place. I don't really like the thought of perfect strangers calling me and my paying for the calls to be forwarded to my mobile.
Anyone else lost credit through "call forwarding" they don't remember enabling? Think Skype are just sore I haven't spent any money with them since 2010!
Not going to bother to complain for the amount of money involved, but wondered if anyone else affected as it might be that my account is compromised or something. Changed my password just to make sure.
Wouldn't be happy if I charged the account up again and it all disappeared.
