Is anyone with eBike (or eCar possibly) insurance?
I've logged into my account today and when I click on the "My policies" tab get a message saying "Sorry your account has been disabled" when I hover over the web page tab in Internet Explorer.
I've sent an email to customer services (which was working yesterday) and it has bounced back with the delivery status notification:-
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
customerservices@ebikeinsurance.co.uk
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ebikeinsurance.co.uk by service169.mimecast.com. [91.220.42.95].
I've checked on MID and my bike is still showing as insured today but I'm wondering if eGroup are having "issues" or whether it's just affecting me.
