Would it be advisable to contact the bank on Monday to try and settle in full before it coes to Court?
any advice on my next step?
You can try but as it is Barclays and they have already been applying for stays in several different courts I would think that is the path they will take.
Have a read through the Court Bundle thread for posts regarding what you need to take/send to the court...

I expect i would hear from the Court if Barclays apply for a stay. Probably sometime over the next seven days i would expect. I'm going to phone barclays on Monday anyways and see what they say.0
