  • We went to Bristol and had an ace time.
We all went to a recording studio for the afternoon and recorded some songs!
    It was such good fun!!
They gave us a couple of glasses of bubbly to help with the nerves and even the girls who wouldn't normally sing got into it and had a fantastic time.
At the end we all got a CD with our efforts on to torture our freinds with.
    Brilliant!
Then off to an 80's nightclub!
    What more could you want!!!
  • Edinburgh is really good for a weekend. When I went ( this was for sisters bthday) there was a group of 12 of us and I booked 2 lovely apartments for us in Dalry Gait, it made it a bit more of a luxury weekend and two nights were only £60 each and the apartments were fabulous... one had a balcony, so the first night we bought wine and snacks and sat out there chatting for ages... the second night we got dolled up and went to the "strip" its totally different to anywhere Ive been before... the bars are great and everyone is friendly...
I made up party bags for everyone, I got loads of mini beauty products from superdrug, some shots, some bottle protectors( you put them in the top of your bottle and put a straw in them, its to prevent anyone spiking your drink), some mini pringles and some sweets... I gave them to everyone on the train... I also took along some props ... an inflatable pink guitar, some daft masks with glasses and a funny nose and moustache... even the train journey was brilliant...
