Home insurance - previous claims question

Hello
I just took out a policy with Allianz and on the document it said asked whether we had made any claims in the past 5 years.
Is this just for home insurance? or ANY insurance?
We needed to claim for our car insurance last year. I am confused if we need to mention that :S

they only want to know about buildings and/or contents claims0

A small number are also interested in linked policies, so legal expenses or home emergency but the majority arent.
Certainly not interested in Motor claims0
