Orange - Dolphin top up didn't trigger allowences

Hi, my usual top up didn't trigger the allowances for data and text, so my money was used up until I noticed this happening. Lukily within a day.

I've rang Orange customer service twice now and today I'm still waiting for their promised refund and my allowneces to be triggered. I don't muchnwish to have to ring them again so have been to Facebook Orange and EE and noticed there are many many others being fobbed of by customer support for the same issue.
Given it costs me 25p not a lot, but annoying enough, and a lot of time to ring them.
Where do I stand and what else can be done.

I just want what was promised and my used money back and of course to use the internet when not on WiFi.

Its a shame as they've been good for me for the past many many years.
