Lloyds Everyday Offers

Hi,

Had my confirmation code through today so now fully live on Internet Banking - how does the everyday offers work? I have turned them on but nothing is showing.

Are the offers fixed to certain retailers or are they tailored to you depending on you card use?

When I click find out more i get the message "Unfortunately there has been a technical problem. This transaction has not been completed."

Any guidance appreciated.

Happened to me (at the start) I think it takes about a week to start working correctly.

It didn't offer me any offers (other than it's on us) at the start (until I started using my debit card), now I have offers like the Body Shop.

Don't worry about the error, it will sort out eventually.

Thanks, to be honest I did think it would sort itself as it's a new account.

    Hi baggers02.

As Rich7111 has mentioned, if you've only recently switched on Everyday Offers, you need to wait a few days for us to upload your details and match offers to your spending. It can take time for offers to appear as they‘re related to spending on your debit or credit card.

    Hope this helps.

So if you have never purchased anything on your lloyds debit card because you have a cashback credit card is there any point signing up for everyday offers?

Lloyds credit cards also work with the offers.

Does not really answer my question.

Since lloyds have no idea where I'm spending money, since I never make purchases from my debit card, I just pay the non-lloyds credit card bill from the account.

I might consider paying for goods with the lloyds debit card if there was a decent offer, otherwise I just use my non-lloyds cashback credit card as I do now.

So if I signed up would I get any offers? Is there any point me signing up?

May be. Right now, they ignore you unless you are using your Lloyds card(s) for your day to day purchases. They might, or might not, change this policy at some stage. If you are registered, you might get pleasantly suprised. If you aren't registered, you might never find out. It costs nothing (apart from 20 seconds of your time) to register. ;)

    Hi bubieyehyeh,

The offers are presented to you based on your everyday spending with your Lloyds Bank debit or credit card so that you are only presented with offers that are relevant for you. If you don't use your debit or credit card often or at all it may be that we're unable to present you with relevant offers.

    Thanks,

    Craig

You are more likely to get a Morrisons offer than an Aldi one.
