Can someone help with my rights please
We have a static caravan on a well known site, we paid a utility deposit and it has always been shown on our annual statement, this year it has disappeared off the statement, but not refunded to me, do I have any legal right that it should be shown on my annual statement.

Have you asked them about it? There is no legal rights to a statement, it's a civil matter between you but phone them first and find out why it's not there. It may just be a simple mistake or a different way of accounting. Can someone help with my rights please

Hi Bris
I have been in touch with them and they have just said it was confusing people so they decided to take it off the annual statement, surely they have some sort of legal obligation with regards to showing the deposit or am I mistaken0 -

Your answer is in the post above, no they don't.0 -
When you got in touch with them did they say that they would repay the deposit when you stop using the caravan and/or utilities? If so, not appearing on the statement any more isn't a problem, although it would probably be worth getting it in writing for future use.0
