Hi all,
Thanks for the excellent tip for stoozing to pay off an overdraft. I'm a Barclays [STRIKE]victim[/STRIKE] customer and was going to suffer £3 a day in fees. Although we were rejected by MBNA on their better deal, we were accepted by Virgin (underwritten by MBNA...)
I've now paid off by £4,500 (eek
) overdraft with a total fee of 2%, which Barclays would have had off of me in 2 months and the capital would have stayed the same!
It's all in place to pay off inside the 29 months, so has saved me thousands.
Thanks all
