Looking for cheap caravan holiday in August

We are looking for a week's holiday in August (school holiday) and we think staying in a caravan will be the cheapest option. Does anyone know of great but cheap caravan sites to stay and hire a caravan. We have recently been camping but don't have our own camping equipment yet or we would be happy in a tent! Anywhere from the lakes to north Yorkshire area.

The words cheap and August does not go well together :0(.
Husband and I like Park Resorts in a bronze caravan because it means we can bring Queen Bee - the dog.
Lots of diffrent grade vans to suit lifestyle and cost.
We go away in May and September as have no school age children and lower cost.The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
