Mortgage - Natwest or Santander?

We've been with Santander now for over 10 years (well Abbey before that but Santander owned Abbey anyway). They have been excellent the whole time & we now have the 123 account with them which earns us cashback.
Good luck0 -
My Santander mortgage was approved and in place within 3 weeks, would definitely recommend them.I have a simple philosophy:

I used a broker to get a santandaer mortgage and it took around 4 weeks to get the approval. This was just before the new MMR legislation kicked in.
Can I also suggest that you look for a mortgage deal where the lender pays for your property valuation fees instead of charging you extra money for it. FYI - the property valuation was done within the 4 weeks I mentioned above and we got approval after the property valuation.Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
