I don't think I've ever been able to see pending transactions on my account when I log in?
It would also be a good idea to post any technical problems on the website too, we don't all use twitface!

    Hi oldagetraveller,

Thanks for the feedback on info being made available on our site.

If you click on your current account name, on the next page you should seen an option that says 'Pending debit card transactions and cheques being processed'. It's just below the statement tab.

    Hope this helps,

    Craig

I am the official company representative of Lloyds Bank. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE[FONT=&quot].

Are there any plans to introduce this feature on the credit cards as well?

    Hi reclusive46,

No, there aren't any plans to introduce this for credit cards at the moment.

    Thanks,

  • It seems that they've either moved this feature or removed it. I've hunted high and low on the site but can no longer find this facility anymore. Unfortunately, my memory isn't like it use to be and feel like they've messed around with it too much and so now I can't find this tab to keep my eye on what is being spent or even if anyone is using my details without my knowledge.
Please put this feature back. A wise man once told me "If it ain't broke, don't fix it).

This is really bizarre as I always had access to this pending transactions feature but I've logged in this morning and noticed it has vanished. Hope it's not a permanent thing as I also found it really handy

  • It will be back.

@AskLloydsBank: This function is temporarily unavailable at the moment. We hope to have this up & running again shortly.

    Hi Chewyski,

As has been noted by another user on this thread, we've taken this option offline for the time-being in order to perform maintenance.

However, we know how useful our customers find the ‘Pending transactions’ option, so please be assured that we'll have it back up & running as soon as possible. You'll find it at the top of your statement page.

In the meantime, if you need to check what transactions are earmarked on the account, our PhoneBank team will be able to provide this information on 01733 347 007.

    Thanks,

  • "For the Time-Being"..... how long is that actually for? Surely there must be an ETA for when "maintenance" will be completed. Maintenance usually implies that it is planned, so would have a start and end time. Unless this is actually an un-planned outage

    Hi molconkie,

I'm afraid I don't have a specific date for the 'Pending transactions' information to be accessible again on Internet Banking, but as advised, we're working to get it back online as quickly as possible.

    Thanks,

  • Hopefully it will be back soon, I don't understand why it keeps going on and off, its an extremely useful feature.

Phoning the Phonebank team is long winded and unnecessary as a quick glance at my online statement takes seconds whereas going through phone options can take a while.

One of the best and most useful features from Lloyds, in fact the only reason I returned to them as my main account.
