I'm trying to buy Walmart eGift Card but I'm not a US Resident

Is it possible to buy a Walmart eGift Card with a UK bank card / PayPal or something like that?
Every website I tried refuses the purchase, I must use a US debit card to pay for it but I don't have one.
What's the alternative?

Never mind, I managed to sort it out. CardFlip allowed me to pay with my PayPal and order it despite the fact my PayPal is not a US PayPal. Thanks.0

Hi can I ask what CardFlip is?
CardFlip.com
It's a website where you can buy many types of Gift Cards for your friends / loved ones etc.
They mainly have US Gift Cards (like the Walmart one I was trying to buy), but they have more there.
The good thing about them is that they accept PayPal even from customers who are not US based. I tried so many other websites and none of them accepted my PayPal account despite the fact it's fully verified and I'm using PayPal funds (no credit-cards or bank transfers).
This website accepted my transaction and provided me with this gift card, and the price was also cheaper than the card value itself! (because it's not a brand new card but a used one, but who cares, you just need the balance, it is a virtual card after all and it never expires)0
