Help!!

Hi, I don't know where to start! Me and my DH have been having money issues, starting on a DMP with Stepchange so all that seems to be sorted now. Things are pretty rubbish at work. One of the partners had a major go at me a couple of weeks ago for no reason (was helping out in his department and didn't do something as quick as he wanted it done!) and I seem to have gone into meltdown mode! don't know why but I don't feel I can cope anymore. I have made a complaint and it seems like they are now trying to blame me. I don't want to go to work and when I am there I just cry. I can't face the partner and I don't know what to do. All my friends are saying it's not like me and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. :(

I don't know what DMP or stepchange mean I am afraid

Maybe this partner having a go at you, was just the straw that broke the camels back? You are hitting a low & may be burnt out.

Do not let yourself get into the trap of feeling stressed because you are stressed, let it happen - Embrace it, let it happen and have your pity party - for a short time - then force yourself to climb out.

Easier said than done I know, but maybe start job searching if you can't see things improving there x
The opposite of what you know...is also true

Well, a DMP is a bucket load of stress, following (I assume) long term money worries.

If work is seriously reducing you to tears like this, can you not take a couple of weeks leave, or see your GP about a fit/sick note to enable you to have a temporary break from it all?

If you work for a firm with a welfare department, then perhaps talk to them?

Ultimately, it might also be best if you looked for another job.

You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)
