hi would this be ok to use for my popla appeal any advice would be welcome
Dear POPLA,
I am the registered keeper & this is my appeal:
1) The Charge is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss
2) Lack of signage - no contract with driverloss
3) Lack of standing/authority from landowner
4) Non compliant Notice to Keeper - no keeper liability establishedunder POFA2 2012
5) Unreasonable/Unfair Terms

Yep but with expanded points below it, get rid of the random word 'loss' which has tacked itself onto 'driver' and put this in your existing thread. No new threads please. We cannot follow your case if you start a new thread about a POPLA appeal in isolation like this. Use a template and adapt it and add it as a reply on your older thread.
