in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Hi I am looking to claim back MPPI, mortgage with South Pacific Mortgages Ltd, purchased through broker called Mortgage House Direct. Have tried to search online for Mortgage House Direct but no joy.

Does anyone know of an address I can write to please?

    If this was prior to 2005 then that is pre-regulation and the broker (if they are still trading) will not have to even consider your complaint.

    Most mortgage PPI complaints are rejected anyhow.

    There is no company called Mortgage House Direct on the FCA register. This means either the name is wrong or you purchased it pre-regulation and the company ceased before regulation.

    Hi this was taken out in 2002. Oh well will put claiming this one out the window, shame cos looking at it, it wouldn't have been worthwhile as my husband had just gone self employed at the time :\

    most MPPI covers self employed. So, that wouldnt likely have been an issue. Self employment tends to be more of an issue on loan or credit card PPI.

    3 years prior to regulation with a company that no longer exists means game over.
