I have been posting comments when this pops up :
"What to do if you get a parking ticket when you park on private land - when you receive a letter from the disgusting company trying to make you pay send them a reply.
Look up "commercial liens" by Veronica Chapman who is an expert in this field.
My husband did this, threatened them with a lien for £1 million pounds and never heard from them again.
You do not legally have to pay.
If it goes to court - do not panic, it's nothing. The court in Northampton isn't even a proper court, this has all been set up to rip the gullible British public off. Don't let them win.
Fight them all the way - these bar stewards should all be jailed but then our corrupt gov' is in with them and makes it easy for them all to rip us off.
