Saving Britain Money - Green Deal, any experiences with this company?

I've been approached by 'Savng Britain Money' to help cover the costs of solid wall insulation and thought I'd see if anyone here has gone through with the deal?

I live in a terrace house with solid brick walls, the EPC we had when we bought the house said the biggest impact we could have on energy saving would be to install wall insulation. Saving Britain Money (SBM) are offering the green deal so will cover the extra cost (minus the £6000) cash back to get the walls insulated. They will cover the £2000 extra needed.

So, SBM will recover their costs by taking the money I save on my energy bill. Generally, i probably wouldn't go for this kind of deal, however the house I'm in has a pebble dash front and is in desperate need of a repaint - which if we get the pebble dash removed could cost us £3000+. As the insulation can be decorated in nearly any way you want, this has made the deal a lot more attractive. Escentially i can get the pebble dash removed and the front and back of the house painted for free.

This seems a little to good to be true, which instantly makes me suspicious! So has anyone else gone through with this deal? Particularly with SBM?
