Hi, my claim has gone to the defence stage, i've received a copy of natwests defence from the court and also from their solicitors.
In the defence there is a request that says i have to provide a list of the charges aliong with the relevant dates, descriptions etc.
Also, i have to say whether i think the charge should not have been charged at all, whether it should have been chrged but at a lower rate, or whether it should have been charged. If i say it should not have been charged at all then i have to give a reason as well. Any ideas? (personally i dont think they should have been charged at all but i dont know quite how to put this so it will be acceptable in court)
Also they are asking for specific parts/sections in the 'unfair terms in consumer contracts regulations 1999' which i am relying upon in my case. Any ideas? (i just used the standard wording from this site which doesnt specify a particular part of it)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've not worried all the way along up until this point.
