Double-glazing quote

We have had a quote for double-glazing of £8.5k of our 4-bed end terrace. Does this seem reasonable? It includes:
4 windows with 3 panels
2 windows with 2 panels
3 windows with 1 panel
1 front door
1 sliding patio door
New soffits/facias/guttering for whole house
Replacing glass in three existing windows (5 panes total)
All are in PVC, brown wood-grain on the outside, white on the inside, no lead work (we were quoted about an extra £700 for diamond or square leading).
The cost split is approx £2.5k for the roofline work and £6k for the windows.
