The closing date and time for the Tria ‘Year of Great Skin’ giveaway is 23:59 BST on Tuesday 05th August 2014. No entries submitted after this will accepted. The winner will be drawn at random and notified by phone and/or email. Should the winner fail to respond to this notification within seven days, another winner will be drawn and notified in the same way.
The competition is open to legal residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Tria Beauty UK Ltd (henceforth referred to as “Tria”) employees, their agents and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants will be required to provide their email address. By submitting the completed registration page, each participant will receive one (1) entry into the competition. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by the promoter of an entry. Internet entries must be made by the entrant only at the website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this competition. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The promoter is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
