UKPC Penalty Charge not in markings
Delat1
My vehicle got a parking charge on the windscreen from UKPC about not being parked within the markings of the space, a part from other vehicles that had encroached on the parking bays causing the domino effect hence the above. On the parking charge on where it says parking charge of money is unreadable. Where would one stand in a situation like this? Thanks in advance.

just read the NEWBIES sticky thread and use the template letter to appeal when the NTK arrives0

Instead of standing one would sit down and read the Newbies sticky thread.
A very high level summary is :
1. Await the notice to keeper ( assuming the ticket you're talking about was a windscreen one )
2. Appeal to UKPC
3. Appeal to POPLA"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
The way to "stand" is to laugh at the idiots!
Then follow the advice on here, win and laugh some more because you have cost them money.
This is a normal scam by UKPC to boost their immoral earnings and get their silly attendants bonus up!0 -
Thanks for your responses and help0

You haven't divulged your location. If you're in Scotland (or NI, although I'm not sure if UKPC operate in NI) then simply ignore everything (unless it wasn't your car, or the car is a lease/hire/company car).
If you're in England or Wales then follow the previous posts.0 -
Unfortunately UKPC infest several car parks in NI.or NI, although I'm not sure if UKPC operate in NI
