Hi all, am after some thoughts on what others would do in this scenario
just sold my house and out of the chain and while living back with parents there is no pressing need to get back into the chain - however sooner the better for my sanity.
So assuming you had 200k where would you put it ?
there is a chance it may be required within 3 months, certainly within 12 at the very latest for the next house purchase.
monthly interest would be good too.

You could look at the various 5%,4% & 3% current accounts as home for a few thousands, but for three months, it's just not worth the hassle.Eco Miser
