G24 going to POPLA
CriticallyChallenging
Hi all,
I received my POPLA codes for three PCNs for G24 Ltd (after appealling to them using the templates).
Two of them are for the same day; popped out for lunch, and then returned to spend some more time with the pseudo authority invoicing company.
For further clarification, on the day when two PCNs were issued, the vehicle was on the land for more than two hours each time.
Is there an existing template that I can use for POPLA?
Also, please correct me if I am wrong:
G24 Ltd HAVE to listen to POPLA (if they allow the appeal), however, I do not have to listen to them if they reject the appeal?
Many thanks
