I've reset my password on my old account and got an email saying to check my credit score click here. I clicked which brought me to a page saying i'd need to renew my membership to which i filled in all the necessary information but can't get any further as it's saying i need a 'promotional' code for this offer. To my knowledge i'm just trying to renew my membership not qualify for any promotional codes. But when i try log in via member log in on the website i'm getting an error message from the following link. https://www.creditexpert.co.uk/Come-back-soon
Anyone got any ideas?
Many thanks in advance.

Out of interest, why are you renewing? You can get £2 statutory reports from them anytime you like with all your report data on, and these don't contain the pointless made-up "credit score" they try to sell that actually has no meaning, thus is a lot cheaper.0
