Hi,
I'm considering purchasing a high gloss dining table which looks rather lovely, but i'm concerning about the ease of scratches.
Has anyone had any experience of this? Would you recommend staying clear from such dining tables, or can you take protective measures to minimise the risk.

You can take precautions to prevent damage to the surface - by not putting things directly on the table but using place mats/coasters etc and also generally being careful about how you use it. Whether it's doable for your will depend on your circumstances (ie do you have kids and pets!) and how good you are at looking after things.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
