DVLA restrictions

I have a disfigured hand, it doesn't stop me driving, my license restricts me to driving cars, small vans, I am not allowed to drive a motorcycle unless it is a tricycle or a vehicle with more than 5 seats. I have to use a small adaption on the handbrake button when the handbrake is on the lefthand side. DVLA are aware, it is all on my license.
I have been on compere the market to look for insurance on a new van. As the handbrake is on the lefthand side I do not need to use the small adaption
Vehicle details ask: has the vehicle been adapted, do I answer no,as the handbrake is on the righthand side so I don't use the small adaption
Drivers details ask: have you any medical conditions/disability
Options are
No
DVLA aware no restrictions
DVLA aware 1yr restriction
DVLA aware 2yr restriction
DVLA aware 3yr restriction
DVLA not aware
I read this to mean if you have a medical condition/disability and you are "not allowed to drive" for the given amount of time but as your condition/disability will improve you will at some point be fine to drive.
As my disability doesn't stop me driving should my answer be No or DVLA aware no restrictions
I think DVLA aware no restrictions will be my answer but if anyone out there can confirm or advise I would be grateful
Thanks

No you got that wrong. DVLA issue photocard licences valid for 10 years normally, when you need to renew/update the picture.Drivers details ask: have you any medical conditions/disability

With medical conditions they may ask that you renew your licence / have your condition reassessed after 1, 2, 3 years; or as any other driver (no restriction).
I have glaucoma with slight damage to one eye and both being treated. I have 'no restrictions' following a DVLA sight test process. Others with my condition often have to go back every 2 or 3 years to retain their licences. I do need, still, to inform DVLA if my sight deteriorates further and affects my driving ability.
